Global Studies / Mar 3 / 5th Period only March 3, 2011

Today in class we:

1. Took notes about the Stages of Revolution
2. Map Retakes

Homework:

Use the notes from today, as well as sections 14.1 and 14.2 in your textbook to:

• Identify the major political, social and economic elements (parts) of each stage of the Russian Revolution
• Record these elements on Worksheet 14.1
• Hint: start by categorizing all the examples on the notes from today…for example, we wrote that the “March Revolution” was part of Stage ONE.  Was it political, social or economic?  You could probably make an argument for either political or social.  So, on the worksheet, you will write “March Revolution” in the political and/or social box of the section for stage ONE.

On Monday we will:

• Go over Worksheet 14.1
• Go over the homework from a few days ago (venn diagram of capitalism and communism)
